1. Introduction

Welcome to Trade Canvas Print.

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from Trade Canvas Print Ltd. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms are designed to be clear, fair, and transparent. If you do not agree, you should not use our website or place an order.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your order will apply.

  • “We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to Trade Canvas Print Ltd
  • “You”, “Customer” refers to the person or business placing an order
  • “Goods” refers to all products supplied by us
  • “Order” means a confirmed purchase placed through our website or agreed channels

4. Eligibility and Trade Accounts

Our services are intended for photographers, artists, creatives, and trade professionals.

Trade accounts are approved instantly but must be used legitimately for resale or client supply. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where misuse, fraud, or non-payment occurs.

We may refuse service at our discretion where necessary.

5. Orders and Contract Formation

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase Goods.

A legally binding contract is formed only when:

  • Payment has been received, and
  • You receive an order confirmation email

You are responsible for ensuring:

  • File quality and resolution
  • Correct sizing and cropping
  • Spelling and content accuracy

Once an order enters production, it cannot be amended or cancelled.

6. Custom and Made-to-Order Goods

All products are made to your specification and are therefore classed as custom goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

As such:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started
  • Standard 14-day cancellation rights do not apply

7. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in GBP and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

We accept payment via:

  • Stripe
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • Klarna
  • Bank transfer (approved accounts only)

Payment must be received in full before production begins.

If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to:

  • Cancel the order, or
  • Contact you to confirm before proceeding

Trade Credit Terms

Where credit terms are agreed:

  • Payment must be made within the agreed period
  • Late payments may result in account suspension
  • We reserve the right to recover outstanding balances using stored payment methods where authorised

8. Delivery and Shipping

We deliver within the United Kingdom using:

  • DPD
  • APC
  • Parcelforce
  • UPS
  • Royal Mail

Turnaround Times

Production typically takes 1–3 working days. Many orders are dispatched within 24 hours, but this is not guaranteed.

Delivery Times

Delivery services are estimated and not guaranteed. Timeframes may vary depending on location.

Combined Orders

Orders containing multiple product types will be shipped together and charged at the applicable rate.

Delays

We are not liable for delivery delays caused by:

  • Courier networks
  • Weather conditions
  • Transport disruption
  • Peak seasonal demand
  • If you are not available when delivery is attempted

Postage costs are non-refundable in these cases.

Tracking

Tracking details are provided via email, SMS, or your account dashboard.

International Delivery

We currently deliver within the UK only.

9. Risk and Ownership

Risk passes to you upon delivery.

Ownership of Goods transfers only once full payment has been received.

10. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

As all Goods are custom-made, returns are not accepted unless faulty or damaged.

If an issue occurs, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photographic evidence

If the issue is confirmed, we will:

  • Reprint or replace the item

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Low-resolution images
  • Incorrect cropping or sizing chosen by you
  • Colour differences due to uncalibrated screens

11. Product Quality and Colour

We use professional, colour-calibrated profiled systems to ensure consistency and accuracy.

However:

  • Screen-to-print colour differences may occur
  • Minor variations in materials and finishes are within acceptable tolerances

All products are quality checked before dispatch.

12. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all uploaded content.

By submitting files, you confirm that:

  • You own the rights, or
  • You have permission to reproduce the content

You grant us a non-exclusive licence to use your files solely to fulfil your order.

All website content remains the property of Trade Canvas Print Ltd and may not be reproduced without permission.

13. White Label Fulfilment

Orders are shipped in unbranded packaging.

We will not contact your clients directly unless instructed by you.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Our liability is limited to the value of the Goods supplied
  • We are not liable for:
    • Loss of profits
    • Loss of business
    • Indirect or consequential losses
    • Customer file errors
    • Courier delays

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
  • Any rights you have under UK law

15. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters
  • Supply chain disruption
  • Industrial action
  • Government restrictions

16. Data Protection and Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • Order processing
  • Customer communication
